Team Captain Operations

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and stockroom processes while managing priorities for operational excellence. Act as Head Coach when sole leader, performing general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands and financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
