Team Captain On Field Operations

Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete-first experiences. Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver consistent, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding athlete experiences, maintaining floor sets and presentation standards, promoting company programs, and collaborating with leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans. Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management; serve as Head Coach during store operations, open/close procedures, and frontline/cash office functions; drive payroll alignment and financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Build and lead a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, development, recognition, and accountability across direct reports.
