Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas. Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience while promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Collaborate with store and assistant store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust staffing schedules to meet traffic demands. When serving as the sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding direct reports accountable for compliance and performance.
