Team Captain On Field Operations

Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and an athlete-first shopping experience in all customer-facing areas. Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver consistent service while promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Act as Head Coach during sole leadership shifts, overseeing opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and direct report supervision. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and hiring needs, and adjust schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports, while providing performance management, compliance enforcement, and accountability for policy adherence.
