Team Captain - On Field

Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas. Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience by anticipating needs and providing accurate product information. Uphold merchandising standards, follow floor sets and signage requirements, and promote company programs like loyalty enrollment. Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and operational initiatives, and execute adjustments using independent judgment. Act as Head Coach for opening/closing procedures, supervise teammates, and communicate departmental goals to maximize efficiencies. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
