Team Captain Off Field Operations

Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution by driving operational excellence behind the scenes to ensure store processes run efficiently. Coach teammates, manage staffing needs, and develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities while executing operational initiatives within established budgets. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and direct report supervision. Anticipate athlete needs, deliver accurate product information, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures policies. Build strong teams by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance.
