Team Captain Off Field Operations

Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to drive operational excellence while coaching teammates and supporting store performance. Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product information, and enforcing merchandising standards. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute staffing initiatives, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and cash office functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for policy compliance.
