Job Summary
Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom operations while coaching teammates to deliver exceptional athlete experiences. Own scheduling, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for direct reports; drive store performance through planning, budgeting alignment, and adherence to safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Act as Head Coach for store operations, ensure accurate execution of floor sets and product presentation, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve payroll and financial goals. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and delivering customer-centric experiences in a high-volume retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
