Team Captain Off Field Operations

Lead off-field operations by driving inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to ensure store processes run efficiently. Coach teammates, manage direct reports, and oversee general store functions including opening/closing procedures, front end, and cash office operations. Develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and hiring needs, and pivot operational initiatives to meet financial goals and athlete traffic demands. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining talent while enforcing safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
