Job Summary
Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution while ensuring processes run efficiently and the store remains fast, accurate, and athlete-ready. Coach teammates, support overall store performance, and act as Head Coach during solo leadership for general store oversight including opening, closing, and Front End functions. Develop 30-60-90 day plans with store managers to support business priorities, manage staffing and hiring needs within budget, and create effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Monitor progress against plans, pivot operations to ensure uninterrupted support, and build a strong team through sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance and performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
