Job Summary
Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to ensure store processes run efficiently and remain fast, accurate, and athlete-ready. Coach teammates, supervise direct reports, and manage hiring, onboarding, and retention while enforcing safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with store and assistant managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, adjust staffing schedules based on traffic demands, and pivot operational initiatives to meet financial goals. Uphold merchandising standards, promote company programs, and ensure all teammates are trained and held accountable for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
