Team Captain Off Field Operations

Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to ensure processes run efficiently and the store remains fast, accurate, and athlete-ready. Coach teammates, manage direct reports, and develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities while executing operational initiatives within established budgets. Act as Head Coach during sole leadership, overseeing opening/closing procedures, Front End, Cash Office functions, and general store operations. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against plans to ensure uninterrupted operations and successful completion of financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate staff while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to create a respectful environment for all teammates and athletes.
