Team Captain Off Field Operations

Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to ensure efficient processes and store readiness. Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing accurate product information and upholding merchandising standards. Promote company programs and collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans aligned with business priorities. Act as Head Coach during solo leadership, overseeing opening/closing procedures, front end functions, and direct report supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by managing sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding while providing coaching and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
