Team Captain Footwear

Lead the Footwear department by delivering expert product knowledge, coaching teammates, and driving sales while ensuring the department meets athlete needs. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and Front End functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads, and develop effective schedules to maximize efficiencies and meet financial targets. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing performance management, training, and accountability for policy compliance.
