Job Summary
Lead the Footwear department by delivering expert product knowledge, coaching teammates, and driving sales while ensuring the department meets athlete needs. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans, and act as Head Coach during store oversight including opening, closing, and Front End functions. Communicate goals to direct reports, manage staffing schedules, and handle sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Provide performance management, conduct annual reviews, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies. Work 38 hours weekly earning $52,500-$66,500.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
