Job Summary
Lead the Footwear department by delivering expert product knowledge, coaching teammates, and driving sales while ensuring the department meets athlete needs. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding for direct reports. Act as Head Coach during solo leadership shifts, overseeing opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Monitor progress against financial goals, adjust schedules for traffic demands, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and compliance policies. Hold teammates accountable for performance and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
