Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style while maintaining merchandising and presentation standards. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, manage staffing, and execute operational initiatives within established budgets. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and direct report supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
