Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style by delivering outstanding experiences through clear product knowledge and accurate information. Lead a dynamic retail team focused on footwear and apparel by developing 30-60-90 day plans, managing staffing needs, and executing operational initiatives within established budgets. When serving as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision while communicating departmental goals and assigning workload based on skill levels. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
