Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding needs. Monitor departmental goals, adjust schedules for traffic demands, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies. Build a strong, effective team by providing coaching, feedback, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
