Lead a dynamic retail team by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring merchandising standards are met through floor sets and inventory presentation. Execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management to support business priorities, manage staffing, and oversee general store operations including opening, closing, and cash functions. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing performance management and compliance accountability. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for policy compliance.
