Communicate departmental goals, develop effective schedules, and lead hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance. Participate in virtual interviews with cameras on, where AI tools are prohibited, contingent upon a satisfactory background check including ID verification.
