Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding needs. Monitor progress against financial goals, adjust schedules based on traffic demands, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies. Hold direct reports accountable for compliance and performance while fostering a respectful environment where all athletes and teammates are welcomed.
