Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing accurate product information while upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Coach teammates, drive sales, and lead departmental programs such as loyalty initiatives and warranty sales. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing and hiring needs within assigned budgets. Monitor progress against store goals, adjust schedules for traffic demands, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, performance reviews, and accountability for policy compliance.
