Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop effective schedules, monitor progress against financial goals, and provide performance management including reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience

- Previous people leadership experience
