Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with the store manager and assistant manager, and manage general store oversight including opening, closing, and staffing. Develop effective schedules, monitor progress against goals, and pivot operations to meet traffic demands while maintaining financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports; provide coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
