Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment. Uphold merchandising standards, follow floor sets and signage requirements, and promote company programs like loyalty enrollment. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
