Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and staffing. Communicate departmental goals, develop effective schedules, and build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
