Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding needs. Build and lead a strong team by providing coaching, feedback, and performance management while maintaining an inclusive environment. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years retail experience, and previous people leadership skills.
