Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and lead general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and cash office functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet athlete traffic demands while maintaining financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and promotional recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
