Job Summary
Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product knowledge, and upholding merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Lead a dynamic retail team focused on footwear and apparel by coaching teammates, driving sales, and managing hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with policies. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on traffic demands while meeting financial goals. When serving as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
