Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising standards, manage inventory presentation, and promote loyalty programs. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on traffic demands. Act as Head Coach for general store oversight, including opening/closing procedures, front-end functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
