Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product knowledge and anticipating needs across footwear and apparel. Lead a dynamic retail team by coaching teammates, driving sales, and managing operational initiatives including merchandising, staffing, and hiring. Execute 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business priorities and financial goals. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against plans to ensure uninterrupted operations. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
