Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM, and manage operational initiatives including staffing and hiring needs. Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads based on skill levels, and monitor progress against financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
