Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and cash office functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
