Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation protocols. Together with the store manager and assistant store manager, contribute to 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and execute operational initiatives within established budgets. When acting as the sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to and enforce established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
