Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style while upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Collaborate with store and assistant managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing and hiring needs. As the sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, monitor progress against financial targets, and build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management throughout the teammate lifecycle while enforcing safety, loss prevention, and compliance policies.
