Team Captain Footwear & Apparel - HIRING EVENT

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store management, and manage operational initiatives including staffing, hiring, and budget adherence. Act as Head Coach for general store oversight, including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and direct report supervision. Develop effective schedules, monitor progress against goals, and pivot operations to meet traffic demands while ensuring payroll and financial targets are met. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management, including annual reviews and promotional recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
