Promote company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while contributing to 30-60-90 day plans with store management. When sole leader, oversee store operations including opening/closing, front end functions, and direct reports. Develop effective schedules, assign workload based on skill levels, and pivot plans to meet traffic demands and financial goals. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining staff while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
