Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and maintaining merchandising standards. Coach teammates, drive sales, and lead departmental plans including 30-60-90 day goals, staffing, and hiring needs. Execute store oversight duties such as opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and workload assignment based on skill levels. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports while managing performance reviews and compliance accountability. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years retail experience, and previous people leadership skills.
