Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and cash office functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management while enforcing safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
