Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising standards, manage inventory presentation, and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, and develop effective schedules to maximize efficiencies while meeting financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
