Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising standards, execute operational plans, and manage staffing, hiring, and onboarding needs. Act as Head Coach for general store oversight, including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Monitor progress against business goals, pivot strategies as needed, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies. Build a strong, effective team that delivers positive athlete experiences while meeting payroll and financial targets.
