Team Captain Footwear & Apparel

Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style while maintaining merchandising and presentation standards. When acting as the sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities, manage staffing and hiring needs, and create effective schedules to meet athlete traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to hold teammates accountable for compliance.
