Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty (Front End) - HIRING EVENT

Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product information, and promoting loyalty programs and warranty sales. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules to meet traffic demands and financial goals. Lead team development by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, performance reviews, and accountability for policy compliance. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. High School Diploma, 1-3 years retail experience, and previous people leadership preferred.
