Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty (Front End) - HIRING EVENT

Lead the athlete experience by coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences. Anticipate athlete needs, provide knowledgeable product information, and uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing needs within budget. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, front end functions, and direct report supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against financial targets. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while ensuring proper training and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
