Job Summary
Production Team Captain leads a shift (B Shift, 6:00pm–6:30am Sundays on alternating schedule) to meet production goals and customer specifications, coordinates activities, communicates downtime and issues to supervision, provides backup coverage when needed, ensures GMPs and safety policies are followed, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Requires 1 year of team management/leadership experience and knowledge of production, shipping, and QA roles; strong communication and safety/s policy adherence are essential. The role emphasizes servant leadership values and inclusive work practices in an equal-opportunity environment.
