Team Captain Apparel

Lead the Apparel department by delivering an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections. Anticipate athlete needs, provide clear product information, and uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation. Promote company programs and contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support business priorities. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and direct report supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while managing performance reviews and compliance accountability.
