Team Captain Apparel

Lead the Apparel department by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring athletes feel confident in their selections. Deliver outstanding experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product knowledge, and upholding merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while collaborating with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans aligned with business priorities. Execute operational initiatives, manage staffing and hiring needs within budget, and oversee store functions including opening/closing procedures and cash office duties. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports, providing ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and accountability for policy compliance.
