Team Captain Apparel

Lead the Apparel department by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring athletes feel confident in their selections. Deliver outstanding experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product knowledge, and upholding merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation. Promote company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while collaborating with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans aligned with business priorities. When acting as sole leader, oversee general store operations, opening/closing procedures, and staffing needs to meet payroll and financial goals. Build and retain a strong team by managing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and accountability for policy compliance. Targeted pay range $53,500-$67,500 based on a 38-hour work week.
