Team Captain Apparel

Lead the Apparel department by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring athletes feel confident in their selections. Deliver outstanding experiences by anticipating needs, providing accurate product knowledge, and upholding merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs and contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business priorities and financial goals. Execute store oversight when acting as Head Coach, managing opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and direct report supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands while ensuring operational success. Build a strong team by leading sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention, while providing performance management, coaching, and accountability for policy compliance.
